Replacement Windows and Facade Panels Installed for Rahway Apartment Building: 750 Windows
Built in 1979, this 8-story apartment building was in need of replacement windows to replace all of its old, inefficient windows. We fully overhauled the exterior of the building by installing 750 new Royal Magnum 3000 Commercial Aluminum Windows with our Low-E / Argon Energy Package as well as new exterior panels above and below the windows between the floors. The residents are enjoying their new, smooth-operating windows and the building’s modernized appearance. In addition to appreciating the refreshed aesthetics, the building owners are happy with the significant savings the energy package is helping them achieve in heating and cooling expenses.
