Windows Installed: 30 Windows

This Branchburg, NJ, medical facility, built in 1981, still had original single-pane windows that were poorly insulated and extremely drafty. We installed 30 new ENERGY STAR® Pro-Tech 400 Vinyl Double Hung and Picture windows with our Low-E / Argon R5 Ultra-Flect Low-E Argon Energy Package (.22 U-Factor). Updating to our top-of-the-line white vinyl Pro-Tech 400 Windows has drastically improved the building’s insulation, helping the customer save money on energy bills while giving the building’s exterior a modern, refreshed appearance. The job also included all new custom exterior capping work where required, and was installed brick-to-brick in other areas of the building. The double-pane insulated glass and foam-filled extrusions of the windows are helping keep the medical suites both quieter and more comfortable.
