Office Replacement Windows Installed: 300 Windows

The existing windows in this 1971 mixed-use office building were failing, resulting in water intrusion. We installed 300 new Royal Magnum 3000 Commercial Aluminum Double Hung windows with our Low-E/Argon Package and used our expert sealing methods to properly seal all window openings during installation. We completed the project in two phases to accommodate the customer's timing requirements and budget, and have now replaced every window in the building. The tenants and building owner are thrilled that we were able to resolve the previous water leakage issues and love the new, functional, high-performance, energy-saving windows we provided.
