We installed our Slocumb ENERGY STAR® Vinyl Crank-out Casement Windows with Decorative Grids at this assisted living facility in Monmouth Junction, NJ.
We installed the windows "new construction style" our team physically removed the siding immediately surrounding the windows, installed the new windows from the exterior with a new construction flange, and then refastened the siding. This is a common scenario in townhouse/condo-style facilities built in New Jersey in the 1990s, and Royal Prime's window and siding installation professionals have the experience to navigate this type of installation smoothly and efficiently.
The residents are very pleased with the increased comfort that the ENERGY STAR package brings to their apartments and have been even happier with the smooth and easy operation and energy savings.
