Commercial Aluminum Double Hung Windows with Transoms
We installed 50 of our Dark Bronze Commercial Aluminum Double Hung Windows with Transoms at this retail and mixed-use property in Paterson, NJ. Each window was built with our Energy Star®-Rated Low-E / Argon Glass Package to maximize year-round comfort and energy efficiency.
Due to deterioration in the existing framing, the building required a complete reframing of all openings using pressure-treated 2x6 wood. Our installation team then fit the new aluminum windows into the freshly prepared openings, completing the project with custom-bent aluminum exterior capping for a durable, maintenance-free finish.
The result: A modern, energy-efficient upgrade that not only enhances the building’s appearance but also provides long-term performance benefits. The property owner reported improved comfort, quieter interiors, and delighted tenants who appreciate the smooth, consistent operation and clean, professional look of their new windows.
